txtr iPhone app 1.1 released
txtr on the iPhone can now download books, documents and web clippings for offline reading.
That was just the obvious thing to fix with the old iPhone app.
When we did the 1.0, txtr.com was a clever way of storing your own documents in the cloud, and the iPhone application was mainly useful for accessing own documents and those of contacts. But since large eBook repositories are now available on txtr.com (and the community keeps adding more), the iPhone application has also become a good source for things to read. For all the iPhone users that might come accross the txtr app before they got to know txtr.com, we now allow signing up from the phone.
So, if you’re a member of the cult: Try txtr on the iPhone!

ich habe gestern die App downgeloadet und wollte einen Account erzeugen. Ich kann zwar die Felder ausfüllen, es gibt aber keinen “senden”-Button und klicken auf den Button “Fertig” via Tastatur klappt auch nicht. Und jetzt? Muss die Anmeldung nach wie vor über die Homepage gemacht werden oder mache ich innerhalb der App etwas falsch? Bitte um Hilfe.
